Price & facilities represent reasonable value &'convenience .....Staff were okay but a bit off hand though!

A very nice hotel with a very comfortable rooms, not far from beach and different bars and restaurants. Good staff.

The hotel had a nice pool, balconies with a good view, great view from the roof top, clean rooms. Met one great staff member 'Aem' who was really friendly and went out of her way to help us throughout our stay.

The hotel was located far from public transportation (good 30min walk away) apart from taxis which would have been costly to take daily (not ideal for budget travellers)We were given mixed information about checkout and were met with moody staff when we voiced our confusion about the checkout time.

The balcony was nice and the beds were good

It does not have sea view, it is at a noisy road, it is not in Bo Phut, but in Budda beach which is small, only English pubs, no beach, no bars on the waterfront, very few people. Hotel staff gave us internet only after we started talking about a bad review.

complimentary drink on arrival, staff very helpful. although i arrived late at night and departed early the hotel and pool and location seemed an ideal place to spend some time in big buddha area of koh samui

the price of the hotel was very good, it was quiet still good located - next to the buddha beach - in my opinion one of the most precious beaches on koh samui, also not far from the buddha beach bar&restaurant zone, and the big buddha; there was free internet for the guests,

The position: we spent 1 night there just because it's close to the airport.

The hotel is pretty old and positioned on a road. Receptionists are no english speaking and they were even sleeping on the desk..... The staff behaved badly: we rent 1 day their motorbikes. Once you bring them back, they inspection them as a CSI agent!! This because they really can't wait to find even a little scratch to charge you!! (that's the way they re-pay their motorbikes, pay attention...). It's not acceptable... (by the way, i did no scratch, they were disappointed...). They even manage to loose my passport that i let for the motorbike hiring... unbelivable... It came out after hours, just before i had to go to the airport.... A bad expericence for us.

That they took some charges by paying with the creditcard and we dident got the breakfast as booked.
